<HTML>I am responding to the issue of maternity leave. The truth is that it is
out of your hands. The government Family Leave Act covers maternity and
Yeshivot and all businesses must comply with it. I am not aware of any
Yeshiva that compensates for maternity. It is considered unpaid leave.
Teachers are allowed to return, by law, when they want to. Most schools
let the teachers use their sick days towards the leave.

Let me know if there is a school that compensates for leave.
