<HTML>I am extremely impressed with the number of responses this issue has
brought. Robbie Sassoon did make an important point that the students who
are already involved must also be approached in a careful manner.
Dr. Bailey and Dr. Zilberstein point out that speakers should be chosen
carefully which is true. I would also like to add that perhaps teachers
and faculty members should be asked to leave during sessions or speeches
about drug or substance abuse, or sex education. The adolescents may be
more open to discussion knowing that the faculty and administration would
not find out. And maybe this would help the students themselves to
hopefully seek help.
