The Lookstein Center’s new 3rd grade Israel workbook is designed to instill Israel knowledge, connection, and pride in Jewish day school students. It makes learning about Israel engaging, relevant, and lasting. The Israel, Up Close workbook introduces the idea of homeland, teaches basic facts about Israel, explores Israel’s symbols and geography, and ends with a close look at Yerushalayim – now and thousands of years go.
Through this brand new, beautiful, and age-appropriate workbook, students gain the facts, context, and reflection time they need to build important knowledge and a personal connection to Israel.
