Lead a joyful and high-expectations K–5 division that integrates Judaic and General Studies, strengthens excellent teaching, and partners closely with families so every child can thrive. Help guide one of the most respected Modern Orthodox schools— right in the place where Modern Orthodoxy began.

Core Responsibilities:
– Serve as the instructional leader for K-5 Judaic an General Studies
– Lead cycles of observation and feedback and design professional development aligned with school priorities and student data.
– Ensure coherent curriculum and assessment and champion the integration of Judaic and General Studies, along with experiential Judaic programming
– Coordinate student support (tiered academic, behavioral, and SEL supports; MTSS/RTI), as well as referrals and reassessment opportunities.
– Communicate regularly with families while modeling warmth, clarity, and professionalism
– Manage division operations—including scheduling, staffing, budgets, and compliance—and collaborate across divisions as a member of the senior leadership team.

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree preferred
– 5+ years in education with increasing leadership responsibility
– Background in Jewish day schools or closely aligned settings. Hebrew literacy a plus
