JEC Boys Middle School seeks an experienced and thoughtful educational leader to serve as Coordinator of the Middle School. The Coordinator will guide a program rooted in Torah values, while advancing strong academic growth and a student-centered middle school experience.
This role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the middle school, including academic progress, faculty development, programming, scheduling, and budget oversight. The Coordinator will work closely with faculty to cultivate a culture of high expectations, strong relationships, and meaningful learning during the critical middle school years.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the middle school with a clear commitment to Torah values and character development
• Oversee the academic program and student growth
• Supervise, mentor, and develop middle school faculty
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, and program coordination
• Guide curriculum planning and instructional improvement
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation
• Partner with families to support the growth and development of each student
Qualifications
• Experience in school administration or educational leadership
• Strong background in teaching and instructional leadership
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teachers and build strong teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to Torah values and educational excellence
