The Hebrew Academy of Nassau County High School is a mission-driven, modern Orthodox, co-educational private yeshiva high school located in Nassau County. Working closely with the Principal and administrative team, the Director will lead the school’s recruitment strategy and strengthen the school’s public presence.

Key Responsibilities include:

Recruitment & Marketing-
• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the school’s mission
• Oversee branding, messaging, and digital presence (social media, email, website)
• Plan and run recruitment events (open houses, parlor meetings, visits, virtual programs)
• Partner with faculty and staff to ensure events are engaging and impactful
• Track data to refine outreach and improve results

Community Outreach-
• Build relationships with feeder schools and community partners
• Represent the school to prospective families and strengthen its reputation

Retention-
• Collaborate with administration to enhance student and family satisfaction
• Develop systems to gather feedback, and support initiatives that strengthen school culture and retention
• Analyze retention trends and recommend strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or education preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and use data strategically
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media
