Fellowship Year Experience

by | Sep 14, 2023 | Events and Opportunities for Educators

Every year, 26 Jewish teens get the opportunity of a lifetime: a free Fellowship-year experience, beginning with a summer in the U.S. and Israel, in which they embark on deeply personal journeys and learn to see the world through a lens broader than their own. After the immersive summer, the Fellowship year continues with monthly virtual meetings and a winter and spring seminar in the U.S. Inspired by a diverse faculty of Rabbis and educators, Fellows explore the rich tapestry of Jewish texts and ideas, using them to spark conversations, engage with stimulating existential questions, and achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and one another. They also expand their worldview through intensive encounters with a parallel group of Israeli peers. After the Fellowship year, Fellows join our active 1400+ member alumni community, inspiring them to change the world for the better.
