About the Role
We seek a dynamic Director of Day School Services & Professional Learning to lead and expand our impact across Jewish day schools. This senior role combines instructional leadership, relationship management, and strategic execution, overseeing school partnerships and national professional learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Day School Partnerships
• Lead services to partner schools, including coaching, consulting, and professional development
• Build relationships with school leaders to support long-term improvement
• Supervise coaches and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide multi-year change processes integrating coaching, learning, and assessment

Professional Learning
• Design and facilitate workshops, webinars, courses, and learning communities
• Oversee flagship programs and conferences
• Teach select programs and advance best practices in Hebrew education

Strategic Leadership
• Contribute to organizational strategy and cross-team collaboration
• Support program growth, recruitment, and retention
• Help expand organizational reach and impact

Ideal Candidate
• Expertise in Hebrew language education and second language acquisition
• Strong manager and instructional leader
• Skilled facilitator and strategic thinker
• Passionate about Jewish identity and Hebrew

Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Extensive experience in Hebrew education and instructional leadership
• Experience with Jewish day schools preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (full-time, based on experience)
Includes vacation, Jewish holidays, 401(k) match, health/dental, sick leave, and optional vision/supplemental insurance. Open to part-time for the right candidate.
