In this curricular unit, Geraldine Martin uses puppetry and children’s literature to help young children learn about the Jewish holidays and appreciate and approach literature in a more critical manner. Includes lessons on Sukkot, Chanukah, Purim and Pesach. Completed as part of the Yale-New Haven Teachers Institute.
