Torah Academy of Bergen County (TABC), a Modern Orthodox yeshiva high school for boys, is seeking faculty members for the 2024-2025 academic year.
High School English/History Teacher
TABC seeks a teacher who is skilled at teaching both English and History.
– Teaching responsibilities will include two English classes and one 9th-grade World History class.
– Master’s in teaching or a related field preferred.
– Proven success in teaching writing and literature at the high school level.
– Demonstrate understanding and commitment to reaching students of all levels and learning styles.
– Ability to differentiate the curriculum to accommodate students with IEPs and 504 plans.
– Familiarity with backward design in lesson planning.
– Exhibit exceptional classroom management skills.
