Full-Time Substitute Teacher
Kohelet Yeshiva Lab and Middle School, an educationally progressive, K-8 Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School located in Merion Station, Pennsylvania, seeks a responsible and flexible educator for the position of Substitute Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The Substitute Teacher position is envisioned as a full-day position, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, filling in for absent faculty and acting as an extra teacher for a K-8 learning environment.
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a related field and experience working with children in a formal or informal educational setting. The candidate will feel comfortable supervising K-8 students and implementing lesson plans left by absent teachers. He or she will have a record of exemplary work ethic and job performance in prior positions and will model the values central to the school’s mission.
