Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School in Livingston, New Jersey is seeking dedicated Math, English, and Special Education faculty to join our 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in all high school content areas and possess a passion for fostering student success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
Provide instruction to high school students in various subjects, including English, Math, and Learning Lab.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth.
Provide academic advising and guidance to students.
– Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, projects, and other assignments
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
– Stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and technologies
– Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification/license in the appropriate subject area(s).
Knowledge of instructional design principles and strategies.
Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
