Yeshivah of Flatbush Early Childhood program is known for its warmth and strives to meet the needs of all learners. We are seeking a Head Teacher for our 3s and 4s classes.
Appropriate candidates should have a Master’s degree in education as well as be fully licensed and certified by the State of New York.
Candidates should be fluent in Hebrew and comfortable leading classes in both Hebrew and English.
At least 2-4 years of head teaching experience and knowledge of better practices in pedagogy and up-to -date research in learning and teaching.
Candidates should be able to provide a warm and loving atmosphere for children to grow and thrive.
An ability to teach both General Studies and Judaic studies, including Parashat Hashavua, Chagim, Hebrew Lessons and Alef Bet.
Candidates should be familiar with Pre-K and 3K for All and compliant with all required paperwork and training.
Candidates should be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with parents and other school professionals.
