JEC High School is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Rebbe to join our Limudei Kodesh team.
This role is for a mechanech who believes in high expectations alongside strong relationships; who can challenge talmidim to think, question, and grow; and who sees Torah learning as both rigorous and deeply relevant to the lives of adolescents.
Responsibilities:
Teach Limudei Kodesh classes
Build meaningful relationships with talmidim
Create a structured, engaging, and purposeful classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to support each student’s growth
Communicate clearly with administration and parents as needed
Qualifications:
Strong background in learning
Prior high school teaching experience preferred
Ability to connect with and inspire teenagers
Organized, reflective, and growth-oriented
Commitment to professional standards and teamwork
