Yeshivah Prep High School serves students with learning differences within Brooklyn’s Jewish community. Our mission is to provide an academically supportive, emotionally attuned, and religiously vibrant environment in which every student can grow in Torah, yirat Shamayim, and personal confidence. Our high school students integrate into the Yeshivah of Flatbush High School. We are seeking a collaborative and student-centered Occupational Therapist to join our support team.

Responsibilities
Evaluate students using clinical observations and standardized and non-standardized assessments.
Develop appropriate occupational therapy goals for students who receive OT services as part of their IEPs.
Provide individual and small-group occupational therapy treatment sessions.
Write daily therapy session notes and maintain accurate service documentation.
Prepare bi-annual progress reports on student progress toward therapy goals.
Work collaboratively with the Director of Settlements to ensure mandated services are delivered appropriately.
Collaborate with parents and school team members (administration, teachers, and other service providers) to support the carryover of therapeutic strategies.
Provide consultation to teachers regarding classroom strategies, accommodations, and assistive tools that support student success.
Support students in areas including fine motor skills, written expression, executive functioning, visual-motor integration, and self-regulation.
Recommend assistive technology and adaptive tools when appropriate.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current NY state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with adolescents is preferred.
Experience supporting students with learning disabilities, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or related learning profiles strongly preferred.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
