DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
The Middle School Programming Coordinator designs and manages experiential programming that strengthens relationships, builds community, and enhances student engagement beyond the classroom. This role oversees trips, Jewish life programming, special events, and advises the Middle School Student Government Organization.
Core Responsibilities:
– Design and implement experiential and relationship-based programming
– Plan middle school Kabbalat Shabbat and Jewish values programming
– Coordinate grade-level and school-wide trips
– Advise the Student Government Organization
– Collaborate with faculty and administration
– Communicate clearly with families and staff
– Manage timelines, budgets, and program evaluation
Qualifications:
– Experience working with middle school students
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Creative, energetic, and relationship-oriented
– Ability to manage multiple programs
– Commitment to Jewish values and school mission
