We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse needs and a passion for making a positive impact on their educational journey.
Duties:
– Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
– Provide support and instruction in various subjects, including literacy, math, and social skills
– Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to create a supportive learning environment
– Utilize specialized techniques to address the unique learning styles of students with disabilities
– Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
– Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
Skills:
– Experience working with students with special needs
– Proficiency in special education practices and techniques
– Familiarity with literacy education strategies
– Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
– Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
