Early Childhood Teachers and Assistant Teachers
Candidates should be passionate about education, growth-oriented, and interested in working collaboratively as part of a professional learning community. In addition, candidates should be well-versed in differentiated instruction and able to teach effectively in a child-centered learning environment.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in education or a related field preferred (for Head Teachers)
Bachelor’s Degree in education or a related field (for Assistant Teachers)
Classroom experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understands principles of social, emotional, and cognitive development
Uses educational technology to maximize student engagement
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet various learning styles within a classroom
Responsibilities:
Prepares curriculum, lessons, and activities
Manages the classroom effectively
Maintains open communication with parents and administrators about student progress
Works collaboratively with the teaching team to plan and facilitate daily activities and special programs
