Job Description:
● Enter, prepare, correct and maintain basic student, teacher and staff data for reporting needed; verify for accuracy.
● Assist administration with preparation of reports and student data information for state reporting (BEDS).
● Coordinate the admissions process workflow.
● Admissions duties. Engage with parents to facilitate completion of applications. Coordinate and follow up on interview appointments with applicants. Assist in the distribution of acceptance, rejection, and waitlist notifications.
● Process report cards, progress reports and transcripts.
● Enter and maintain classes, schedules and class rosters.
● Process student records, including requesting records from other schools, informing administration of incoming students and student withdrawals.
● Generate withdrawal records for withdrawing students and notify affected personnel.
● Participate in ongoing training of the student information system for product upgrades and enhancements.
● Maintain student data privacy and confidentiality as per NYS Regulations.
● Assist with planning, organizing and coordinating admissions events.
Salary Range $45-$50K
