Candidates should be well versed in differentiated instruction and effectively teach in a child-centered, 21st-century learning environment, using small group instruction within a rotational model.

Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s degree is a requirement; a Master’s degree is preferred.

– Effective classroom management skills.
– Maintain open communication with parents and administrators about students’ progress.
