How do we talk about things that matter? Engaging in civil discourse means bringing your mind, heart, and conscience to reflective conversations, in ways that allow you to extend your understanding in dialogue with others. In this virtual workshop, we will center an approach to intentional dialogue that includes four core components: humility, curiosity, understanding, and empathy. Educational leaders will gain the tools necessary to navigate conversations on polarizing topics with compassion, self-awareness, and critical thinking.
