Lead a joyful and high-expectations grade 6–12 community thatintegrates Judaic and General Studies, cultivates student responsibility and leadership, and partners
with families so every student can grow in skills, middot, and character within a warm and ruach-filled schoolfamily. Join one ofthe premier Modern Orthodox

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Serve as the instructional leader for grades 6–12: hire, support, and evaluate faculty; design professional development grounded in studentlearning data.
– Ensure coherent curriculum and assessment; champion integration of Judaic
and General Studies and vibrant experiential Judaism.
– Oversee studentlife (advisory,tefillah, clubs, athletics, arts) and discipline through a restorative, growth-oriented approach thattreats students with
dignity and expects maturity.
– Coordinate with Student Services on tiered supports; align referrals, data meetings, and progress monitoring.
– Manage daily operations (scheduling, staffing, budgets, accreditation, and compliance) and communicate clearly with students, faculty,
and families.
– Guide ruach across Middle and Upper Schools, modeling high expectations with warmth, joy, and derech eretz.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Masters degree preferred
– 5+ years in education with increasing leadership responsbility
– Experience in Jewish day schools or closely aligned settings, comfort leading tefillah, assemblies and public facing moments a plus.
