Full-time High School Gemara Teacher starting in the Middle of March. The High School Gemara Teacher fosters deep engagement with Talmud texts through a blend of traditional learning and contemporary educational best practices. The teacher guides students in developing textual skills, analytical thinking, and independent learning habits. Responsibilities include teaching daily Gemara classes, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and creating a supportive environment. The teacher collaborates with Judaic Studies faculty on curriculum, assessments, and scope and sequence, and helps students connect Talmudic concepts to their lives, values, and broader Jewish learning. This position can lead to a full time position.
