We are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Judaic Studies Faculty member to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
*Teach four-five sections of Judaic Studies (Gemara and/or Halacha, Tanach), with a focus on rigorous text skills, conceptual thinking, and meaning-making.
*Guide students in their personal and religious development through thoughtful instruction and guidance.
*Be a consistent presence on campus during the school day (7:50 AM – 4:55 PM), including faculty meetings, programming, and student events.
*Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen a student-centered, Torah-values culture.
*Support the school’s broader mission by participating in informal educational opportunities, Shabbatonim, and extracurricular initiatives.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
*Semicha or advanced Judaic scholarship
*Experience teaching Torah, ideally in a high school setting
*A teaching philosophy that focuses on inspiring a love of Torah, and student growth in academic, social, emotional, and religious domains
*A collaborative, teamwork-oriented mindset
*A desire to mentor and support students both inside and outside the classroom
