The Director of Sales & Hospitality will be primarily responsible for attracting and retaining events and space rentals on the newly acquired AJU Campus starting February 2024. This position’s success will demand strong organizational skills with a customer service and sales mindset. This position will also collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure proper scheduling and hand-off of customers to the event management team. This position is part of the External Relations Team and reports to the Director of Communications.
-Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy focused on attracting and retaining events and space rentals on campus.
-Collaborate with the External Relations team to ensure alignment with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
Facility Rentals Management
-Establish and enforce rental policies, pricing structures, and contract agreements in accordance with organizational guidelines.
-Work closely with internal teams on scheduling systems and protocols.
Guest Experience Enhancement
-Uphold and enhance high standards of customer service (the Milken Way) to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
-Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Promotion
-Develop marketing strategies to promote campus facility rentals, attracting a diverse range of clients.
