Position Summary:
The Learning Center Teacher provides targeted academic support through small-group and individualized instruction aligned with classroom learning. This role collaborates closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students with diverse learning needs.
Core Responsibilities:
– Provide small-group and individual instruction
– Collaborate with classroom teachers on differentiation and accommodations
– Support implementation of accommodations
– Partner on scheduling and student planning
– Participate in student support meetings
– Maintain documentation and communicate progress
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
– Teaching certification preferred
– Experience supporting diverse learners
– Strong collaboration and organizational skills
