HAFTR Middle School is seeking a dynamic, experienced special education teacher to join our collaborative and professional student services team for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people by providing students with the essential skills and competencies to succeed in middle school academics.
We are seeking professionals who are passionate, dedicated and patient to complement our collaborative and innovative team. Our robust and well-established special education program has supported many students, enabling them to thrive and grow.
Responsibilities include: Teaching students with learning differences in small groups, and communication with all stakeholders including parents, administrators and general education teachers.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to create strong relationships with parents and students, and work collaboratively with a team.
