We are currently seeking a Tech Assistant to join our team, responsible for providing tech support to ensure smooth operations within our school’s IT environment.
As a Tech Assistant at SKA, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the tech infrastructure of our school. The entry-level position focused on Level 1 Help Desk support, AV setups, basic PC/Mac troubleshooting, and tech setups for various school events and activities.
AV Setups: Assist in setting up audiovisual equipment, including music equipment, microphones, Library TV and Front TV for school events and presentations.
Basic Troubleshooting : Providing first-level tech support for PC and Mac computers. Addressing common issues such as network connectivity and hardware problems.
Quick Fixes: Perform quick fixes and adjustments for Smartboards and iPads.
